Mike and I discussed the Yahoo! redesign today (I hate adding the exclamation, but it is required by the copyright police).
We think a good topic for discussion would be start pages, what makes them good and how does effective interaction design and user research improve on the start page.
Yahoo being one example, but there are many others... so check a few out before the meeting and come with insights or examples from your own Intranet or start page design project.
